A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the proportion calculator, color-spec reference, flag size calculator, semaphore translator, flag identifier quiz, or tincture reference — and what you entered); a tool you wish existed on the site; an inaccurate or unclear point in the blog, learn section, or the World Flags Museum; or a bug in how a page looks or behaves on your device.

There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. FlagLore covers flag design and vexillology strictly as a matter of pattern, color, and history; it isn’t the right venue for questions about a specific nation’s government, politics, or current affairs, and we won’t publish or engage with political commentary sent in about any flag.

Before writing in about a tool result, it’s worth double-checking the numbers or ratio you entered — a mismatched hoist/fly convention or a typo in a hex code is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks off after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
